The Edge started 7 years ago as an idea of Tom and Tammy Fair's, a comfortable yet exciting place to go. A place to relax, entertain clients or impress a date. Tom and Tammy's son John is the head chef, Tammy works with John in the kitchen to insure great food. Tom and their daughter Melissa take care of the guests out in the dining room and bar.When searching for a name, John came up with The Edge and it stuck.
